POR FIN DESPEGANDO

The word for a female tattoo is malu, which means to be protective and sheltering. Most of the elements of the designs are purely ornamental and do not follow any specific pattern. However, the diamond shaped design on the back of the knee, which is also called a malu, is always present. The taupou (village maiden), who has an important ceremonial role in the community, is always tattooed from her knee to the top of her leg and sometimes on her hands.

INGREDIENTES para 4 personas:
100 gr. Azúcar
100 gr. Maizena
4 huevos
1/4 l leche
100 gr. Mantequilla
1/2 l. leche entera.

ELABORACIÓN:

Se mezcla el azúcar y la Maizena, se añaden los huevos.
A continuación, añadir la margarina en pomada y la leche tibia (no calentarla, sólo quitarle el frío del frigorífico). Al molde se le pone como base una lámina de pasta para galleta (se pincha para que no suba). Se rellena con la masa. Se calienta el horno, previamente, a 250º C y una vez introducido el molde se baja a 220ºC. Se hornea algo más de media hora, en bandeja baja.
